Exactly as the title says, the Toumayhem soundtrack is now available as a physical CD in very limited quantities!

Funny story: a couple of months ago Shinji Hosoe (terrific composer who also worked on the Zero Escape series) was announced as a guest to a convention I went to the year before, back in Italy. I've moved abroad since then and seeing the friends I've left behind is hard and not exactly cheap, and since I could meet a couple of them I hadn't seen in a while... I figured, might as well kill two birds with one stone.

But a thought kept running in my head. Since I first played 999, I've been deeply obsessed with Quietus and how it made me feel, so much so that I tried to convey the same feelings of dread and uneasiness in 死望. Now that I listen to them both back to back, I sure was naive... but that desire was very much alive when I first composed it. I really wanted to let him know that, so I wrote him a letter and gave him the physical copy as a gift. He was there with Richter, another composer you might've heard on Unicorn Overlord and whose work and attitude I really respect and have a high opinion of, so I couldn't pass the opportunity to give him a copy as a gift to, even if it's not as personal. Hopefully some of my feelings came across, just like it did when I first released Toumayhem and so many of you reached out to tell me how much you liked it, and how much you related to these dumb kids.

So, yeah! This small batch is a result of that whim I chose to follow. I might print some again if there's a high demand, but I'm not counting on it. If you'd like a copy, I'll be very happy to send you one!
